My name is Brenda Jergenson and I’m excited to be Children’s
Corner new Director! You may also see my husband Leonard around
the building – He is the Assembly of God Facility Director. 

I have my master’s in special education and taught in the Willmar Public Schools for 34 years as a special education teacher. I retired in 2022 and the following year joined Children's Corner! Though we are empty nesters, our home is busy with our two fur babies, Duchess and Crush and our grandchildren. I enjoy the outdoors and flower gardens (though I’m not very successful at it😊) My husband and I also like traveling and riding our motorcycle. 

I believe preschool programs are very important. It is a child’s initial exposure to school and sets the tone for their educational career. At Children's Corner we value every child. We strive to incorporate the love of God into every aspect of their lives.
